By creating an account, starting a trial, or using PrixCut (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PrixCut provides browser-based tools to upload DXF drawings, estimate laser cutting costs, run sheet nesting, and generate quotes (XLSX/PDF) subject to your subscription plan. Results depend on the accuracy of uploaded files and rates you configure.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. A time-limited trial may be offered after email verification. Trial features and limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Paid plans are billed in USD through our payment provider (Stripe). Fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal according to the flow in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy shown at checkout unless required otherwise by applicable law.
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use the Service in violation of law. You retain responsibility for drawings and customer data you upload.
PrixCut software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your DXF files and generated quotes for your business use.
The Service is provided “as is.” Nesting and cost outputs are estimates for your review — verify before production or binding quotes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction.
